Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the KickAdsOut iOS app and remote relay service. By using KickAdsOut, you agree to them.
The service
KickAdsOut routes eligible traffic through a remote relay and applies configured filtering. Blocking effectiveness varies, and we do not guarantee that every advertisement, tracker, or unwanted request will be removed or that every app or site will work.
Accounts and data allowances
Sign in with Apple is used to associate installations with an account. The free allowance is 250 MB, measured as 250,000,000 bytes. Additional data may be purchased through Apple as consumable in-app purchases. Purchased bytes do not expire under the current service model, but require continued access to the associated account and service. Package sizes and prices shown before purchase control the transaction.
Purchases and refunds
Apple processes payment. KickAdsOut validates Apple-signed transactions and credits each transaction once. Apple’s billing, refund, and App Store terms also apply. Approved refunds or revocations may cause the corresponding unused credit to be removed; if already consumed, the account balance may be adjusted as allowed by law.
Acceptable use
Do not use KickAdsOut to break the law, attack systems, distribute malware, evade access controls, interfere with the service, resell access without permission, or attempt to obtain unpaid data credits.
Availability and changes
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change filtering, package offerings, or service operation and may suspend access to protect users or infrastructure. We will not retroactively remove valid purchased credit except for refunds, revocations, fraud, misuse, legal requirements, or account deletion.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, KickAdsOut’s operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, or service interruption. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
