For direct support, email shahrdar@yahoo.com. Include the iOS version and a description of what happened. Never email your relay secret, account token, Apple identity token, or passwords.

Quick checks

  1. Open KickAdsOut and confirm you are signed in.
  2. Confirm the relay is enabled in KickAdsOut and in iOS Settings.
  3. Disable and re-enable the relay once, then retry the affected app.
  4. If your allowance is exhausted, purchase additional data in KickAdsOut or disable the relay.

Data allowance and purchases

New accounts receive 250 MB (250,000,000 bytes) of relay data. Additional data is sold as consumable in-app purchases. A completed purchase is tied to your KickAdsOut account and is credited once, even if the app retries delivery. Apple processes payment and refund requests through reportaproblem.apple.com.

What blocking can and cannot do

Results vary because apps and sites change how they deliver content. KickAdsOut does not promise to remove every ad. In particular, video ads delivered inside the same service and streams as requested content may still appear.
